Why Sacred Rebirth?

Healing your own birth story holds the keys to deep soul transformation. It is the foundational piece of your healing journey, and one that tends to get overlook

Do you ever find yourself feeling like you are carrying the baggage of your family karma?

Have you ever felt like you don’t quite belong here on this planet, that ’home’ is somewhere else?

Or that you don’t quite ‘fit in’ among your family of origin?

Perhaps its taken you a while to fully understand the ‘rules’ of this human experience.

Perhaps you feel that you are the ‘code-breaker’, here to shake things up! 

Whilst this can fuel your evolution, it can also be a very lonely place, and with that can come an inability to deeply trust in others, or in life supporting you - it can as if you are constantly railing against something…

Maybe, like me, at times you’ve even felt like you got “dropped off” on this planet…and part of you is ‘treading water’ until you can finish your soul contracts and “go home”!

Some of you may know in your waters that you are what I call a ‘soul contract worker’ - i.e. that you ‘signed up’ to come in to a family to take on the unhealed patterns of that lineage and help heal the trauma that has been ingrained over generations. My mum frequently comments “When we conceived you Debs, I really don’t know which planet you must have come from…?”

Most of the patterns you are healing are not actually personal - they are ancestral. The karma of the ancestral bloodline is called family karma - the unhealed blocks, patterns and ‘baggage’ passed down over generations. Some of you may have a deep knowing that you came into this life having agreed to take on, carry and unravel the “energetic blockages’ in the karmic family line.

And until now there has been a perpetual cycle…the basin fills…you do the work, things start to flow and feel lighter and easier for a while…but the ancestral taps keep running and the basin fills up again…

This can often be experienced as a never-ending attachment to struggle. And its easy to get swamped by and feel lost in this, or else the ego does a big ‘spiritual bypass’ number to avoid dealing with these core wounds…much easier to project them on to someone/something else, and perpetuate the identity that this isn’t even your struggle or your ‘stuff’ anyway, and then you convince yourself that your experience of suffering is inextricably linked to your mission to serve…

When we look at at birth and the patterns we inherited, the question we should ask ourselves is - do we come onto this plane hard-wired for a life of struggle?

It is true that there are core wounds, patterns and imprints that we receive and take on during our conception, gestation and birth. These form 25% of our karmic makeup. However, we know through the study of epigenetic's that we can heal this inherited intergenerational trauma that comes through at birth.

A body-psychotherapist friend once said to me “If a baby experiences a traumatic birth, you are looking at 10 years of therapy to heal that…”

On the path of healing you may have been regressed to visit experiences from past or parallel lifetimes, or been journeyed back to experiences you had as a child, as an infant, or to recall impressions you received while in the womb...
